Allen has worked in real estate for 31 years. Initially, he worked in the real estate field as he was attending the University of Washington to obtain his Masters degree in engineering. After his move to Los Angeles, in 1981, to start his engineering position with the County of Los Angeles he earned a California real estate sales license. He immediately started selling and investing in real estate. He ended his career with Los Angeles County as an engineer manager in 1995 to pursue a career in real estate.  As a property owner and real estate agent, he is well versed in all aspects of investment property, such as 1031 exchanges, tax benefits, management and valuation. Aside from successfully guiding clients through numerous transactions he has been a successful investor/manager himself. His experience as an investor over the last 3 decades gives him the unique understanding to advise clients in their purchases, financings and management of their properties in accordance with their current financial and tax status.

A highly motivated, educated and skilled professional, Ashley graduated Magma Cum Lade with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering with emphasis in architecture and business.  Dedicated to serving her community as well as her clientelle, she is one of the pillars of the residential real estate division of AXES Group Inc. She has been actively involved in real estate since 1989 and has vast knowledge in real estate, Mortgage and marketing.

Laurie Leask
Property Manager & Eviction Specialist

Laurie Leask attended Seattle University in the late 70’s   majoring in Psychology. She completed her degree and moved to Los Angeles in 1981. Laurie began investing in and managing real estate in 1983. In addition to working in the sales/customer service position at a manufacturing company she continued to manage properties. Three children and a brief hiatus from all but property management were followed by a decade of sales for international art and fashion manufacturers. In order to curtail the travel required, Laurie began to do property management exclusively. Laurie’s customer service, sales and property management experience will be a tremendous asset in helping you with your investments. Her 29 years of experience owning and managing property allows for an extensive and current knowledge of the industry.
